Back at it...

Seems like forever since I've posted about a piece of furniture...

let alone painting it!

This little cabinet is apropos to post about on this day of love...

Valentines day

with it's somewhat large heart knobs!

I've been meaning to keep up on my posting, and just may be able to do it...

with a little more focus!

 This is where this little cabinet started once it made it's way home to me...kinda beat up...

...though a nice light blue base for me to start with.

I went over this little cutie with Chalk Paint Old White.

Patched up the existing holes for the old drawer pulls

 re drilled and added four largish ceramic knobs from Hobby Lobby.

Sanded it through in spots to let the soft blue and its beauty show through

It turned out to be a really sweet little cabinet or side table.

This little cutie will be available in The Urban Barn 

at a very affordable $195.00
