Whats on the work table?
This is the first year in many that I haven't sent out Christmas cards.
Seemed like a reasonable decision at the time,
though as the big day gets closer I'm feeling like I could have made a little more effort.
With that thought, I pulled out a few supplies...
printed paper guest towels to cut into tree shapes
mark making crayons and a little matte medium
to glue the tissues down
gold leaf and leaf sizing for star tree toppers
5x7 matte boards & cellophane sleeves
(I had these on hand)
Before you knew it...
I had a stack of 20 handmade Christmas cards!
All packaged and slipped under the ribbons
of wrapped packages to complete our gift giving
with little pieces of original art.
Thank you all for peeking in and following along
with my creative adventures throughout this last year!
Wishing you all the
Merriest of Christmas's...
with lots of art and creativity in your
New Year!
Enjoy!
Oh my gosh, these are awesome! Your creativity knows no bounds
ReplyDeleteToo much free time on my hands maybe? I think not...just having fun in the studio and feeling the spirit! Thanks you Betsy for being one of my biggest creative/moral supporters...priceless! Looking forward to more in 2019 with you. Enjoy!
