What's new...

It's been a busy week of painting furniture
for my shop + for clients.

A couple of cool things stand out...

#1.
Right now...as I write this very post...
Royal Design Studios is featuring me as their
Throughout the day they 'll be showing work I've done using Royal Design Stencils.
Needless to say...I am so honored!

Visit the site today to take a look & shop too.

#2.
I shopped our favorite thrift store for vintage goodies
(Valley Thrift in Escondido, CA)
spent a few days painting said goodies
yesterday loaded up the Honda Element
(it's always amazes me how much that little car holds)
and headed out for Leaping Lotus to put it all in its proper place.

A beautiful porcelain bowl with teacups...perfect for vintage.
Loving this cool scale, debated on whether to keep it or not!
Some new painted items, including lots of cottage frames
and this little silver tray...it already sold!

It may be hard to part with this fabulous, naturally patinaed copper tray...
and collection of crystal decanter stoppers.

As for new furniture...
I finally got this little dressing table done!
I used Royal Design stencil Flourish Allover for the top
and a pretty fabric shower curtain from Target for the skirt
(thanks to my friend Vickie for turning me onto that).

Old to new photo frames I thrifted
and added Chalk Paint.
Cute little dresser with Chalk Paint (of course)
Coco & Country Grey
RDS
Sicilia Tile Wall Stencil
 on top in
Duck Egg Blue (my fav color)

New items added to the Seaside theme
Beach Jars + painted frames + mirrors

Still adding to some of the ongoing collections too...
including For the Birds.

Okay...now it's a three day weekend...
and I still have painting to do for customers!

Did I mention I love what I do?
I do...
So I better get busy!

Enjoy
