Just as last week was a crazy busy week...
this is a week of rest and the opportunity to see the fruits of my labor!
The "True Blue" show is opening this week with the Artist Reception this
There are so many nice pieces in this show you won't want to miss it if you're in town.
I have two pieces in the show...above is a 48"x24"
"Paper This Walls"
I'm excited this one got an Honorable Mention!
Below is my piece for the mentor gallery...
"The Price Of Love"
36"x36"
The next day...Sunday the 18th...is the
Growing Wild
My Piece "She Wandered In Through The Garden Fence"
was juried into this show, so I'm looking forward to the reception
at the San Diego Botanical Gardens (Quail Gardens)
the day after the Ashton Gallery show!
Then of course there was this last weekend, my first Art Walk, and it was pretty successful...
and so much fun and camaraderie to be around the other artists
who's tents were close by to mine.
Here are a few photos of some of my art that found new homes,
and the home/new art owners.
Pat went home with
"Breaktime"
Mariann acquired
"Don't Be Shy"
...and Paul ended my two days at Art Walk with
"There's No Such Thing As Small Change"
for his office.
Thank you to all my friends, family and purchasers
who came out to enjoy the art and support the artists...
it was a beautiful weekend all the way around!
And now ... a week of rest.
