Preparing to take my art studio on a road trip.
It's hard (impossible) for me to resist a nice cigar box...
they're the perfect size for so many uses.

I pulled out a couple cigar boxes from my stash to make a portable art studio.

Collage and journeying supply box...
holds all my basics for doing mixed media art on the road,
including my little meandering books in Altoids tins...read more about them here.
Pochade travel art box with built in easel...
basic painting supplies housed in a cigar box, using a
Scrabble letter holder as an easel to hold small canvases and paper.

A few other cool ideas I found to take along for the ride...adding envelopes into
journal pages to collect treasures in...for future art when I get home.
If you have any clever ideas about your traveling art studio...
please share. I still have time before we leave to make adjustments.
Happy Trails
Looks like you're ready to go! Have a great and safe trip!! Love you, p.
